Do you have a brochure?

We don’t produce a printed brochure – all our product range can be viewed on-line.

Will my card details be secure?

Payment may be made securely using your debit or credit card. Payments are processed by Protx who are recommend by leading banks and provide a very secure environment for on-line payments. We also accept payment by PayPal and personal cheque (UK sterling only).

For payments via PayPal and Protx your card details are not passed to The Wedding Crafter.

Do you provide samples?

We appreciate that for your wedding stationery you want to be certain of colours before you order in large quantities. We offer 3 ways to do this. Design Kits include a range of items - card, embellishments and paper for you to try but we cannot guarantee that a kit will include a particular item, though if you ask we will do our best. Sample packs allow you to request up to 10 items, including card blanks and favour boxes for a small charge. Swatch packs - you can request up to 5 items but this can include only swatches of card and small embellishments. There is no charge for a swatch pack but you must pay the standard p&p charge.

Do I need to create an account?

To purchase you will need to register your contact details. Once you have registered you will be able to:

Track orders on-line
View your order history
Save items in your basket and come back later – very useful if you need to double check numbers before purchasing!
We do NOT hold your card details and will only use your telephone number if there is a query with your order.

Is there a minimum order amount?

No – but there is a minimum p&p charge of £1.95 for small orders.

Can I amend my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, then we can usually amend it for you. There is a £1 charge per amendment to cover administration costs.

I'm not in the UK – can I still buy from you?

We can ship to most European countries including Republic of Ireland. However, we do not ship to USA or Canada. If your country is not shown in the drop-down list during registration, then we cannot send orders to the country.

I've ordered the wrong thing – can I exchange it?

We will do our best to exchange items for you – please contact customer services on 01653 698300 or email orders@weddingcrafter.co.uk You will need to return the originals at your own cost and we do charge the normal postage rates to send replacements.

I requested a new password but have not receive the email.

The automated email from the password reset function does sometimes get blocked by spam filters. If you don't receive your new password please contact our customer services team who will change the password manually for you.
