Christmas 2011 Deliveries and Opening Hours

Christmas Arrangements

Our telephone lines will remain open with our usual opening hours until Wednesday 21st December 2011 at 2.30pm.  They will re-open on Tuesday 3rd January 2012 at 9.30am.  We will still be taking orders online as usual, so please continue to order from us.  Please e-mail any queries as we will be answering as many as possible between Christmas and New Year.

We will be sending out orders by regular Royal Mail until Wednesday 21st December 2011, however we expect that Christmas post will slow down deliveries significantly.  If you need your order before the New Year we would recommend you use our Express Delivery service and we will dispatch by either Royal Mail Special Delivery or 24 hour courier, depending on size and weight.  You will need to sign for these parcels on delivery.  The final date you can order for Express Delivery dispatch before Christmas is Tuesday 20th December before 12 noon.  Foiled card blanks and wedding stationery kits will need to be ordered on Monday 19th December 2011.  Any orders after this date will be dispatched in the New Year.  Please telephone us when you have details of your order if you need an estimated date of dispatch.

For Express Delivery it is not now possible to dispatch goods on the same day that they have been ordered, due to Christmas post courier collections.  Orders received up to 3pm will be dispatched the following day, after this time there may be a further days delay in dispatch.  Our Express Delivery service will return to normal after the New Year.  We hope this doesn't cause too much inconvenience.
