Do you have a brochure?
We don’t produce a printed brochure – all our product range can be viewed on-line.
Will my card details be secure?
Payments are processed through Sagepay who provide a very secure environment for on-line credit and debit card payments. You can aslo pay by Paypal. Your card details are not passed to The Wedding Crafter Limited.
Can I order samples?
We appreciate that for your wedding stationery you want to be certain of colours before you order in large quantities. We offer 3 ways to do this.
Design Kits include a range of items - card, embellishments and paper for you to try but we cannot guarantee that a kit will include a particular item, though if you ask we will do our best.
Sample packs allow you to request either 5 or 10 items, including card blanks and favour boxes for a small charge.
Do I need to create an account?
Creating an account is optional - you do not need to register for an account in order to make a purchase. However, by registering a password you will be able to:
- Track orders on-line
- Checkout fast for future orders
- View your order history
- Save items in your basket and come back later – very useful if you need to double check numbers before purchasing!
- We do NOT hold your card details and will only use your telephone number if there is a query with your order.
How do I save my basket?
The items in your basket will be retained for your next visit provided you use the same computer and have not cleared your cookies since your last visit.
Registered customers can also save their basket to access from a different computer. You will find the save basket and restore basket links under My Account.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No – but there is a minimum p&p charge of £2.99 for small orders.
Can I amend my order?
If your order has not yet been processed, then we can usually amend it for you.
I'm not in the UK – can I still buy from you?
We now ship worldwide. Delivery costs are listed on our delivery page for each country. If you do not see your delivery country mentioned please get in touch and we will provide a quote.
You are responsible for assuring that the products you purchase from us can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from The Wedding Crafter, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
I've ordered the wrong thing – can I exchange it?
We will do our best to exchange items for you – please contact customer services on 01925 266713 or email email@example.com. You will need to return the originals at your own cost and we do charge the normal postage rates to send replacements.
I requested a new password but have not receive the email.
The automated email from the password reset function does sometimes get blocked by spam filters. If you don't receive your new password please contact our customer services team who will change the password manually for you.
Do you sell products for other occasions?
The Wedding Crafter site is devoted to weddings, although many of our products are blank and can be used for any occasion, or for greetings cards. However we have recently set up a brand new website for all other occasions. We have peel-off stickers and ribbons covering most other occasions, and will soon be adding foil printing.
