A Butterfly wrap, sometimes called a lily pad invitation, is a self-contained invite with flaps which open out to reveal the invitation details. You will need:
Print your invitation details onto the insert and attach to the centre of the invitation with adhesive tape pen, double sided sticky tape or a glue stick. If you wish, sprinkle a few pieces of silver table confetti over the insert. Fold up the flaps, tucking them in so that each one overlaps the next. Take your ribbon and lay flat across the front of the invite. Take both ends around the back, twist together a quarter turn and bring back to the front making sure the ribbon lies as flat as possible at the back. Run the ends under the middle ribbon and tie in a neat bow. Trim the ends of the ribbon. Punch out your chosen shapes from aqua pearlescent paper using your craft punch and glue to the outside of the invitation with a small dab of PVA glue.
