You will need:
• Red polka-dot ribbon • Ivory pearlescent inserts 100mm x 142mm We have used a font called Zanzibar for this project - you can download it free by clicking the link on the left. The wedding invitation tag and inserts for the invitation can also be downloaded. Print the inserts and allow the ink to dry. Cut the red polka dot ribbon into two 130 mm lengths and one 232mm length. Stick the 130mm length of ribbon onto the insert as shown using the adhesive tape pen. Fold the Excess ribbon over the edge of the insert to secure and create a neat finish. Using the adhesive tape pen, stick the invite to the inside of the wallet on the top half. Slip the RSVP into the pocket provided. Print the invitation tag - cut out. Cut ivory pearlescent card to size 48mm x 95mm, this will be the backing for the invitation tag. Secure the tag to the card using PVA craft glue - leave to dry. Using the 232mm length of ribbon, apply PVA to the back of the tag, secure the ribbon making sure the ends just meet, this creates a removable sleeve which slides over the wallet. |
