Wording template 

Whether you are getting married abroad or just want to create a tropical theme for your UK wedding, this invitation mixing bold colours will set the tone for your big day.

We have used hot pink, orange and purple. You could also include combinations with bright green and red, and yellow.

This layered, unfolded invite is quick and easy to make.

You will need:

Tapestry card in hot pink, cut to A5 (148mm x 210mm)
Vita Paper in burnt orange cut to 128mm x 190mm
Ivory pearlescent stardream paper cut to 108mm x 170mm
10mm double sided satin ribbon in Fuchsia
Pearl mini heart ribbon buckle in purple
Adhesive tape pen.

Print your invitation wording onto the ivory pearlescent paper using the template provided.

Cut a length of ribbon 15cm long and slide the buckle into the centre.

Using the tape pen, place adhesive on the ribbon on either side of the buckle, leaving a couple of centimetres at each end. Attach the ribbon onto the printed paper with the buckle centred as shown. Fold the ribbon ends around to the back and stick down.

Layer the pink card, orange paper and the printed invite using the adhesive tape pen.
