Shipping & Returns

Delivery

Please allow up to 7 days for delivery - although we aim to ship most orders within 3 working days. Some items are personalised or made to order and may take longer - particularly for larger orders. If we expect your order to take more than 7 days for any reason, we will always let you know.

Small orders are sent by 1st class post, larger packages by courier. Courier deliveries and larger value orders will require a signature. For optimum postage and packaging orders may be sent in more than one package.

Incorrect or Faulty Orders

If for any reason any of the items you receive are damaged, incorrect or faulty or an item is missing, please telephone or email us immediately and we will arrange replacements. Faults and omissions must be notified within 30 days of receipt. We will refund the cost of returning any such items to us where we have asked you to do this.

Returns

If you do not wish to keep any items you have ordered from us (except for personalised or bespoke items), please telephone or email us within 30 days from the dispatch date of your order. We will let you know how to return the items for a full refund. Provided the goods are received in re-saleable condition we will fully refund the price of the goods. If you are returning the whole of an order, we will also refund the delivery charge. If you are returning part of a larger order, we will refund the cost of the returned items only.

Unless the reason for return is due to a mistake by ourselves, you will be responsible for the cost of posting the items back to us and ensuring that we receive the goods in re-saleable condition.

The 30 day guarantee does not apply to personalised or bespoke items unless incorrect or faulty.

Please do not return any item without first contacting us.
