Out of Stock and Back Orders

As many products are also used in kits and samples, the online store is not guaranteed to show 'real time' stock availability. If an item you order is not in stock, but is expected within the next few days, we will hold your order until the item arrives - up to a maximum of 7 working days. If delivery is expected within 14 days, we will dispatch the bulk of your order normally and send out the missing item(s) when it arrives at no extra cost to you. If the item is expected to take longer, we will contact you to discuss the options.

Colours and Descriptions

While we make every effort to ensure our photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible sizes and colours are indicative only and are not guaranteed. Please use our swatch and sample services to check colours and sizes. Please note that for some products, particularly handmade and mulberry papers, shades can vary between batches.

Errors and Omissions

We double check everything before we send it, but mistakes do happen occasionally. Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if there is anything wrong so that we can put it right. All problems must be notified to us within 14 days of receipt of your order.
